3. Unloading Area Regulations
Vehicles can only park in the unloading area. They are not allowed to enter the exhibition hall. Vehicles entering the G-EIGHT Exhibitors' Site must turn off their engines when they arrive at the location. If there is a need to park and unload, please complete the [Unloading Dock Parking Application] form at the G-EIGHT Exhibitors' Site before October 31, 2024 (Thu).
Parking Permit Issuance Method:
Vehicles that have applied for registration: Upon arrival (at the post), license plates will be verified, and a parking permit will be issued.
For unregistered vehicles: Sentinel will collect NT$1,000 from the driver as a temporary parking deposit or pledge the driver's ID card. The deposit will be refunded, or the ID card will be returned to the driver after the vehicle is removed from the premises.
The unloading area is only open to trucks with parking permits for unloading; overnight parking is prohibited. No passenger cars or motorcycles are allowed to enter this area.
Trucks carrying decorations, etc., shall enter the exhibition hall in accordance with the time and order scheduled by the organizer. The organizer has the right to prohibit such trucks from entering the exhibition hall if they fail to comply with their scheduled time.
