Media Regulations

To ensure the smooth progress of the exhibition and maintain a favorable environment for the media to conduct interviews, all members of the media are kindly requested to abide by the following regula

Registration and Admission

  1. Media registration location: Please go to the “Media Registration Counter” at the entrance of the exhibition venue to complete the registration and collect your media pass badge.

  2. Admission Time: Unless otherwise notified, the media can enter the exhibition 30 minutes before the opening time for the public.

Media Identification

  1. Media badge wearing: Media must wear the media identification badges provided by the organizer at all times during the exhibition. Those who do not wear identification badges will not be allowed to enter the exhibition hall.

  2. Identity verification: The organizer will verify the identity of media personnel entering the venue at any time. Please carry valid identification documents with you at all times.

Photography and Filming

  1. Photography regulations: The media is free to take photos in designated areas. Filming or recording in restricted areas of exhibitors without permission is prohibited.

  2. Organizer events: Contact the organizer in advance for permission to photograph or film events on the main stage or special programs.

  3. Privacy and security: It is strictly forbidden to take unauthorized personal images, especially photos or videos involving minors.

Media Coverage

  1. Content of coverage: Media coverage should be based on facts and respect the rights of exhibitors and participants. No misleading or false reports should be published.

  2. Interviews and event coverage: If you would like to arrange an interview, please contact the organizer at least one week in advance to make an appointment. Some event coverage will be limited and registration is required in advance

Equipment

  1. Power requirements: If you need to use electrical equipment, please inform the organizer in advance to coordinate power arrangements.

  2. Equipment safety: The media is responsible for the safety of their own equipment, and the organizer is not responsible for loss or damage

  3. Flight Restricted Zone: The Taipei Expo Park is located within a flight restricted zone. All actions that may affect flight safety are prohibited, including but not limited to the use of any projectors to illuminate the sky, releasing balloons, operating drones or flying kites to take photos.

Press Kit

  1. Press Kit: The organizer will provide relevant press releases kit and media materials during the exhibition. Please go to the press registration office to obtain them or receive them by email.

  2. Business promotional materials: If the media needs product information or business promotional materials from exhibitors, please contact the exhibitor representative. If necessary, the organizer can also assist in contacting

Adult Zone Photography Regulations

  1. Advance application: All media wishing to conduct photography or video recording must apply in advance to the organizer and obtain permission from the organizer and the exhibitor before they can shoot. Unauthorized photography will be considered a violation.

  2. Restricted areas: Filming is limited to the areas permitted by the exhibitors. It is strictly forbidden to enter any private or undisclosed parts of the exhibition area

  3. Visitor privacy: It is strictly forbidden to photograph the faces or personally identifiable images of the visitors, unless consent has been obtained from the person.

  4. No minors: It is forbidden to photograph or film any scenes involving minors, and ensure that no minors appear in adult areas.

  5. Handling of sensitive content: When reporting on adult-related content, pay attention to the appropriateness of the words and wording to avoid misleading descriptions or false publicity. If adult content is involved, please add appropriate labels or warnings and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

  6. Copyright and authorization: Any filming and reporting involving exhibitors' adult products or content must be authorized in advance by the exhibitors and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes.

Violation Handling

  1. If the media violates the above regulations, the organizer reserves the right to revoke its media qualification and require it to leave the venue

  2. Unauthorized photography: Any unauthorized photography or behavior that violates these regulations may result in immediate disqualification and the requirement to delete relevant images or content

  3. Legal liability: Violations of these regulations may involve legal liability. The organizer reserves the right to further pursue violations.
