1.G-EIGHT Trading Cards
G-EIGHT will create its own collectible deck featuring exhibits. Each exhibitor developer or manufacturer will provide the relevant graphics of their own game. These will be overlayed on the G-EIGHT organizer's standard frame as the card face for each independent card. We encourage each team to provide us with relevant materials. Please complete the [Trading Card materials] form on the G-EIGHT Exhibitors' Site before October 15, 2024 (Tue), and submit the relevant materials to facilitate card nesting and production. Related notes:
Failure to submit card materials before October 15, 2024 (Tue), will result in forfeiting participation in this activity. The organizer will not provide any reminders and will destroy incomplete card activity.
The organizers will provide participating exhibitors with 300 cards. It is up to the exhibitors to determine how to distribute cards to the players. The recommended method is to distribute the cards after the demo game.
Only 300 cards are printed for the three-day event. There will be no more cards after distribution! The organizers have not printed any extra cards.
This activity aims to increase interaction between players and exhibitors. The set of cards is primarily collectible. They do not hold any value or feature icons from general collectible card games.
Card sets will be printed using "combined printing." This may cause some color variation. If this is an issue for your team, please refrain from participating in this activity.
Reselling, reprinting, or other forms of commercial use of these cards are prohibited.
Card graphic design must be suitable for all ages. QR codes and other promotional materials are prohibited.
Card rarities are listed in the order of Trading Card Material submission; with G > R > U > C in descending rarity.
Card artwork design must be rated as GENERAL.
Avoid using special symbols for card names or origins.
To further enhance the interaction with our visitors, G-EIGHT has introduced the "Show Assistant– Eight Chan." This chatbot on Discord 12will enable visitors to ask questions about the event and exhibitors. The Eight Chan chatbot will use submitted card graphic designs to create an online version.
