2.3 Registration Process

1. Submit your application information using the application link provided during the application period.

2. After approval, registration will not be complete until the deadline for remitting exhibition fees and completing the information.

   1. Application review will take about 10 working days. The results will be sent out via email.

   2. Please note that the organizer will use the time you complete the remittance message as the basis for remittance and not the actual time of remittance.

   3. You will receive an electronic invoice for the exhibition fee at the end of the application period.

3. After confirming the information is correct, the organizer will provide the G-EIGHT Exhibitors' Site login.

4. Apre-event briefing is scheduled for early October 2024 (date and format to be announced).

2.4.Cancellation Policy

If a paid exhibitor is unable to participate in the exhibition for any reason, they should inform the organizer by email. The organizer will apply the refund standard as follows:

• If you apply for cancellation before August 31, 2024 (Sat), the organizer will deduct the necessary handling fees from the fees paid and refund the remaining fees after the exhibition.

• Cancellations made after August 31, 2024, will result in the forfeiture of the entire fee, which is non-refundable.
