2.Booth Dismantling and Cleaning
All exhibits, booth decorations, and exhibition-related waste must be completely removed from both inside and outside the exhibition hall by the end of the official move-out period. Any legal disputes or compensation claims resulting from failure to comply shall be solely the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Items considered decoration waste are subject to the final determination of the organizer and include, but are not limited to: wood scraps, pallets, styrofoam, foam boards, release liners, carpets, paint cans, paint residues and containers, oversized posters, glass, large wooden booth structures, adhesive residue or tape left inside or outside the booth area, gravel or sand materials, various solvents, and chemical waste along with their containers. Exhibitors or contractors who leave the venue without completing the official site inspection will be barred from participating in future exhibitions.
