Dismantling of enterprise booths. All personnel must wear reflective vests and safety helmets.
To maintain the overall quality of the exhibition, exhibitors are strictly prohibited from packing or removing any exhibits before 19:00 on Sunday, Dec 14, 2025.
From 19:00 to 20:00, only light and hand-carried items may be removed. Dismantling of booth structures, materials, or heavy equipment is strictly prohibited, and no vehicles will be allowed into the venue during this time.
During the move-out period, exhibitors are responsible for assigning personnel to oversee their exhibits and booth materials. The organizer is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unattended items.
Before leaving the venue, each exhibitor must conduct a final site inspection with the organizer’s on-site staff to confirm that no decoration or construction waste remains. If any waste is found, the inspector has the right to photograph and document it and will require the exhibitor to clean it up immediately. Once the site is confirmed to be clear, the inspector will initiate the Move-in/Move-out Inspection Checklist on a mobile device. The exhibitor’s representative and the inspector must complete and sign the form together for the move-out process to be considered complete.
