2.Booth Dismantling and Cleaning
1) Exhibits, decorations, and exhibition waste shall be removed from the exhibition halls (both inside and outside) before the expiry of the withdrawal period at the exhibitor’s responsibility. Exhibitors shall be responsible for any legal disputes or damages arising therein.
2) Decoration waste is subject to the organizer's approval, including but not limited to woodworking waste, pallets, Styrofoam, perlite, release paper, carpets, paint buckets, paint paints and their containers, posters, glass, large woodworking decorations, residual adhesive and tapes inside the booth and outside the aisle, sand and gravel, all kinds of solvents and waste liquids and their containers, etc. Those who leave the booth without completing the inspection procedures during the bump-in and bump-out period will be prohibited from participating in the show again. The exhibitor will be prohibited from exhibiting again.
