Attachment 10, Explanation for Move-in/Move-out Inspection
This inspection is required during the move-in and move-out periods. Exhibitors must coordinate with the on-site inspection staff to complete venue handover procedures.
The purpose of this inspection is to verify whether any booth waste remains, whether any venue facilities are damaged, or whether there are violations of exhibition regulations. Final confirmation is completed through an electronic form.
Inspections must be carried out by the organizer's staff. Exhibitors are expected to cooperate fully throughout the process.
Move-in Day Inspection
Inspection Deadline: Before 18:00 on Thursday, December 11, 2025
How to Apply: Exhibitor representatives must visit the organizer’s information counter to apply for a “Move-in Inspection.”
※ Only upon completing this inspection form will the move-in process be considered complete and trucks allowed to leave the site.
Inspection Items:
Booth setup and equipment must be positioned as agreed and checked in.
No exhibits may be placed inside or outside the booth area or in aisles.
Modular partitions must be free of tape residue or stickers.
No construction waste (e.g., pallets, styrofoam, carpets, cardboard) may remain inside or around the booth or in public aisles.
Check for any damage to venue facilities.
In Case of Non-Compliance:
The organizer will record the issue and take photos for documentation.
Once corrected, the inspector will open the Move-in/Move-out Inspection Checklist on their mobile device, and the exhibitor representative must co-sign the digital form.
Move-out Day Inspection
Application Deadline:
For booths with organizer-provided construction: apply before 20:00 on Sunday, December 14, 2025.
For custom-built booths: apply before 12:00 on Monday, December 15, 2025.
How to Apply: Exhibitor representatives must visit the organizer’s information counter to apply for a “Move-out Inspection.”
※ Trucks may not leave the venue until the inspection form is completed and signed. Otherwise, the move-out procedure will be considered incomplete.
Inspection Items:
All booth equipment and exhibits must be checked and accounted for.
No exhibits may remain inside, around the booth, or in aisles.
Modular partitions must be free of tape residue or any mounting marks.
No large decoration waste may be left behind.
Inspect for any damage to venue facilities or stains on the floor.
In Case of Violations:
The organizer will document the violation and take photographs.
Only after the issue is resolved can the Move-in/Move-out Inspection Checklist be signed off and the move-out process considered complete.
Inspection Process
The inspection process will be completed by organizer staff using a mobile digital checklist system.
The exhibitor representative must complete each checklist item together with the inspector and co-sign the form.
During peak times, please be patient. The organizer will arrange inspections in order.
