Please complete all decoration work within the deadline. If the work is completed earlier than the deadline, please ensure that the exhibits are collected. The organizer will not be responsible for the storage of the exhibits.
If the applicant team is unable to complete the decoration work as scheduled, they may apply for an overtime application from the organizer. After approval, they can complete the decoration work; however, they must bear the overtime cost of the exhibition hall. Please refer to [Attachment 7, Overtime Application Form] regarding the fee.
Only hand-carried or pushcart transportation of exhibits, booth decoration materials, etc., are permitted during bump-in and bump-out and during the exhibition period. Motor vehicles are prohibited from entering the exhibition hall.
Entry of Exhibitors: please observe the entry and exit times, i.e., no late entry and no early exit, to avoid the loss of exhibits.
Exhibitors are requested to comply with the construction safety regulations for all decorators; they should wear safety helmets when entering the work area. All decorators shall use work frames with guardrails and wear safety helmets and safety cables when carrying out decorating operations at heights of more than two meters above the ground to avoid being penalized by the Labor Inspection Department.
During the decoration period (November 27–November 28, 2024), the organizer will not provide any garbage collection or disposal.
Decoration waste is subject to the organizer's approval, including but not limited to woodworking waste, pallets, Styrofoam, perlite, release paper, carpets, paint buckets, paint paints and their containers, posters, glass, large woodworking decorations, residual adhesive and tapes inside the booth and outside the aisle, sand and gravel, all kinds of solvents and waste liquids and their containers, etc. Those who leave the booth without completing the inspection procedures during the bump-in and bump-out period will be prohibited from participating in the show again. The exhibitor will be prohibited from exhibiting again. (see the waste illustration from left to right: woodworking waste, synthetic board/pearl board, release paper).
Before trucks leave the show, the exhibitors must confirm with the organizer's inspection staff to ensure that no decorative waste is left behind. Complete and submit [Attachment 9, Bump-in/Bump-out Inspection Form] to complete the inspection procedures.
The organizer may forcibly remove or confiscate any decoration that does not meet the requirements of the applicant team for the purpose of organizing promotional activities or setting up a stage or balloons. The exhibitor shall immediately remove the installation after detection; otherwise, the organizer may forcibly remove or confiscate the installation. The cost derived from the removal shall be borne by the exhibitor. If the exhibitor fails to improve the situation after several attempts at persuasion, the organizer has the right to stop the activities. The exhibitor shall not be refunded for the exhibition fee paid.
The organizer has the right to determine whether the position, arrangement, security, and appearance of all articles displayed by an exhibitor conform to the exhibition standards. In the event of non-conformity, the organizer may require the exhibitor to reposition, rearrange, or renovate their articles or booth. The organizer shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the exhibitor. The organizer reserves the right to move or rearrange the exhibits if necessary.
Exhibitors should supervise their staff to ensure that smoking is prohibited in all areas except the smoking area; chewing betel nuts and drinking alcoholic beverages are prohibited. The organizer may impose mandatory improvement requirements if exhibitors, their staff, or participants are found to be in violation of these regulations. The exhibitors will be responsible for all costs of any extended fines or compensation incurred as a result of such actions.
