1. Teardown Process and Management Measures

December 01, 2024 (Sun.)	19:00-20:00	Only small exhibits may be removed. The total dismantling of decorations is prohibited.
December 02, 2024 (Mon.)	08:00-12:00	Corporate decoration removal (reflective vests and helmets required).

1) To maintain exhibition quality, exhibitors are not allowed to pack or remove their exhibits from the exhibition site before 19:00 on December 01, 2024 (Sun).

2) Only light and portable exhibits may be moved between 19:00 and 20:00 on December 01, 2024 (Sun). No dismantling of decorative materials or heavy equipment will be allowed, and no vehicles will be admitted during this time.

3) During the removal period, please send your own staff to take care of the exhibits and decorative materials. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss.

4) Before trucks leave the site during the withdrawal period, exhibitors must confirm with the organizer's inspection staff that no decorative waste was left behind. They must complete and pay the [Attachment 9, Bump-in/bump-out inspection form] before completing the inspection procedures.
