Attachment 6, Explanation for Additional Booth Equipment Application

1. Fill out the Additional Booth Equipment Application form via the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site.

2. The invoice generated after submitting the form must be stamped with your company’s official invoice seal.

3. If you are applying for "TV pillar", please also upload the Booth Equipment Placement Diagram to assist the organizer in locating the equipment on-site. See illustration below:

4. After completing the payment, upload the stamped invoice and remittance information to the Add-on Payment & Invoice Submission form.

5. Your application will only be considered complete upon confirmation of payment by the organizer.

Application Notes:

1. All steps must be completed before the deadline; late submissions will be considered forfeited.

2. For cancellations not due to organizer error, bank refund fees will apply. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after November 10, 2025.

3. Creators' Zone – Creator Economy Package Restrictions: Due to limited space and structural safety, only computer monitors, office laptops, smartphones, adapters, and anti-theft devices may be rented. No other furniture or equipment may be added.

4. Enterprise Exhibitor – Self-built Booth Restrictions: Exhibitors choosing the 6-unit Legendary Package, 9-unit Mythic Package, or a custom-built booth will only receive raw space. No partitions, furnishings, or display equipment will be provided. Equipment must be self-prepared. Equipment rental is not available, and on-site requests will not be accepted.

5. On-site Requests: For additional equipment during the exhibition, complete Attachment 7, On-site Additional Equipment Request Form and pay in cash. All items are subject to availability.
