Attachment 3, Explanation for Unloading Zone Temporary Parking Application
Please complete the following procedures before November 25, 2025.
Application Fields:
Requested Parking Period: Move-in (Dec. 10–11, 2025),Exhibition Days (Dec. 12–14, 2025), Move-out (Dec. 15, 2025)
License Plate Numbers: If multiple vehicles will enter during the same period, please list plate numbers in alphabetical order (A → Z), separated by commas (,).
Company Name (per vehicle): Correspond to plate number order; separate entries with commas (,).
Vehicle Type: Correspond to plate number order; separate entries with commas (,).
Gross Vehicle Weight: Correspond to plate number order; separate entries with commas (,).
Number of trucks exceeding 3.5 tons
2. Application Procedure:
Please complete the Unloading Zone Temporary Parking Application form on the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site by November 25, 2025.
Late submissions will be considered forfeited.
Submit parking information separately for the Move-in, Exhibition, and Move-out periods.
After submission, please print the Temporary Parking Permit (front and back) for each vehicle to present upon entry.
Drivers must fill out the permit before arriving and display it on the vehicle’s front windshield for identification by staff.
3. Eligibility:
Applications must be submitted collectively by the exhibiting company.
All vehicles must be directly related to exhibition operations.
Maximum gross weight (vehicle + cargo): 15 tons. Vehicles may only be parked in the designated unloading area and are strictly prohibited from entering inside the Taipei Expo Dome.
Submitted data will be reviewed by the organizer and submitted to the venue for approval based on venue safety and traffic control considerations.
4. Important Notes:
Each vehicle must have a printed Temporary Parking Permit (front and back) for entry.
Drivers must fill out the permit clearly and place it inside the windshield. Failure to do so may result in denied entry or access delays.
