3.Overtime Application

1. If there is a need for an overtime application during the bump-in period, please complete [Attachment 7, Overtime Application Form] and make the payment before the specified time on that day. The organizer will calculate the overtime application fee after the overtime application has been completed; they request the applicant to pay the fee in full prior to the exhibition. An invoice will be sent out after the exhibition.

2. Overtime Application Requirements:

   1. Overtime applications are open only during the bump-in period.

   2. Overtime applications are valid until 21:00.

   3. Please visit the applicant team helpdesk to apply for an overtime application and complete the overtime slip.

   4. Overtime application deadlines are as follows:

      • Apply by 16:00 on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.

      • Apply by 16:00 on Thursday, November 28, 2024.

   5. Please pay the full overtime on the day of the show. Invoices will be issued after the show.
