● No. 7, 8, 9 and 12 documents are mandatory for exhibitors who set up their own decorations.
● The organizer will not issue the exhibitor an exhibitor badge if the above-required documents are not submitted and paid before the deadline.
● Certain documents will be submitted online in electronic form, which shall have the same validity as the original documents. This is hereby declared.
