1. Fire Safety

  1. The venue use plan shall comply with the regulations set by the relevant authorities or the Taipei Convention and Exhibition Industry Development Foundation; the regulations shall comply with the existing laws and regulations on construction, fire prevention, and labor safety.

  2. Explosive, flammable, and other dangerous and prohibited goods are prohibited from being brought into the exhibition hall; if found, the organizer may force their removal from the exhibition hall; the costs of any extension of fines or compensation incurred will be borne by the exhibitors.

  3. Smoking is prohibited in all areas except the smoking area. Exhibitors should supervise their staff to ensure that they comply. Betel nut chewing and drinking of alcoholic beverages are also prohibited. Organizers may impose mandatory improvement requirements if found in violation of these regulations. Exhibitors will be responsible for all costs of any extended fines or compensation incurred due to such actions.

  4. Organizers will send staff to open the security doors or metal rollers in the surrounding area, if necessary, in case of air pollution in the exhibition hall.
