5. Insurance Recommendations and Liability
The organizer has purchased Public Accident Liability Insurance for the venue during the exhibition period, covering basic risks for general visitors.
All exhibitors and their affiliated contractors (including booth builders and other service providers) are strongly recommended to assess their own needs and purchase additional insurance for enhanced risk management and asset protection. Recommended policies include:
Third-Party Liability Insurance (covering bodily injury or property damage to third parties during the exhibition)
Property Insurance (covering damage to or loss of exhibits and other assets)
Theft Insurance (protecting against theft of exhibits or equipment)
The organizer assumes no liability whatsoever for any property damage, loss, or theft incurred by exhibitors during the exhibition period, including booth setup, show days, and dismantling.
In accordance with the “Implementation Measures for Compulsory Public Accident Liability Insurance for Consumption Venues of Taipei City,” exhibitors are advised to consider purchasing public accident liability insurance based on the scale and risk level of their exhibition activities to ensure proper protection and risk control.
