4. Financial Loss Liability

1. Exhibitors, their employees, representatives, or persons participating in the exhibitor’s activities shall take care of their own property during the period of using the exhibition space.

2. The exhibitor shall be solely responsible for any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, or any legal costs or other expenses incurred by the exhibitor due to damage or loss of property.
