  1. The organizer will publish the information provided by exhibitors on geight.io.

  2. All submitted materials must be suitable for general audiences and include the following:

  • Company introduction (in both Mandarin Chinese and English)

  • Game description (in both Mandarin Chinese and English)

  • 1 main visual of the exhibited game

  • 4–6 in-game screenshots

  • YouTube video link of the exhibited game

  • One social media link (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram)

  • One official website link

3. All exhibitors must complete and submit the Public Listing Information form on the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site by October 15, 2025.
