All submitted materials must be suitable for general audiences and include the following:
Company introduction (in both Mandarin Chinese and English)
Game description (in both Mandarin Chinese and English)
1 main visual of the exhibited game
4–6 in-game screenshots
YouTube video link of the exhibited game
One social media link (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram)
One official website link
3. All exhibitors must complete and submit the Public Listing Information form on the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site by October 15, 2025.
