1.G-EIGHT Trading Cards

G-EIGHT will produce an official limited-edition trading card for each participating exhibitor every year. The card design will be created using in-game visual materials provided by the exhibitor and formatted within the standard G-EIGHT card frame.

  1. The method of distribution is determined by each exhibitor. However, commercial use in any form is strictly prohibited.

  2. Each exhibitor will receive 300 limited-edition physical cards. No additional reprints will be provided once distributed.

  3. This initiative aims to encourage player interaction and enhance the fun of collecting. Please note that these cards are designed for collection purposes only and do not contain any battle values or gameplay icons.

  4. The card design must not include QR codes, and the overall design must be suitable for general audiences.

  5. Special symbols should be avoided in the card name and card source.

  6. Cards will be printed via combined (gang-run) printing, and slight color differences may occur. If the exhibitor has concerns about printing quality or consistency, please assess whether you would like to participate.

  7. Card rarity levels will be assigned based on the order of material submission as follows: G > R > U > C (from highest to lowest rarity)

  8. Cards can be picked up at the Registration Counter / Information Counter during the exhibitor check-in period by presenting a business card.

  9. Late submission of materials will be considered a forfeiture of participation. The organizer will not issue further reminders or follow-ups.

All exhibitors must complete the G-EIGHT Trading Card Materials form and submit all required materials via the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site by October 15, 2025.
