V. Exhibitor Badge

1. Badge Allocation

1.1. Enterprise Exhibit Package Each 3M × 3M booth (9 square meters) includes four exhibition badges. For every additional booth space, two additional badges will be issued. The maximum number of badges per exhibitor is 20. Please refer to the table below for details:

1.3. Creators’ Zone – Number of Badges Issued

  • Four exhibitor badges will be issued for each Creator Regular Package.

  • Two exhibitor badges will be issued for each Creator Economy Package.

2. Exhibitor Badge Pick-up Instructions

  1. Pick-up Dates: December 10–11, 2025 (Booth Setup Period)

  2. Pick-up Location: Registration Counter / Information Counter

  3. Pick-up Method: Please present your business card at check-in to collect badges.

  4. Important Notes: Lost or damaged badges will not be reissued. Please keep your badge safe at all times.

3. Additional Badge Application

  1. Fee: NT$1,500 per badge (before tax)

  2. Limit: Up to 10 additional badges per exhibitor

  3. Application Deadline: November 10, 2025

  4. Application Procedure:

    • Complete the Additional Exhibition Badge Application form on the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site.

    • A quotation will be generated automatically by the system. Please affix your company’s invoice stamp (or applicant’s signature if applying as an individual).

    • Upload the stamped quotation along with your remittance information via the Add-on Payment & Invoice Submission form.

    • The organizer will confirm receipt of payment. The application is considered complete only after payment is confirmed.

4. Badge Usage Guidelines

  1. During booth setup (December 10–11, 2025): Exhibitors must wear their Exhibitor Badge to enter the venue.

  2. During exhibition days (December 12–14, 2025): All personnel must wear their official Work Permit to enter. Entry is not permitted without a valid badge.

  3. Lost badges will not be reissued and must be repurchased onsite if necessary.
