1. Creators’ Zone

Each participating team in the Creators’ Zone will receive 5 One-Day Passes.

2. Issuance Method

Starting from October 31, 2025, the organizer will send invitation codes and redemption instructions via email to the exhibitor contact person based on the registration status.

3. Usage Instructions

1. Exhibitors may distribute the invitation codes to clients or visitors for promotional or public relations purposes.

2. Each invitation code must be redeemed for a QR Code via the designated redemption page before 18:00 on December 14, 2025 in order to be used for entry.

3. Each QR Code allows one-time entry only. Please ensure that codes are kept safe.

4. Bulk Purchase

1. Minimum order: 50 passes

2. Unit price: NT$250 per pass

3. Application deadline: November 10, 2025

4. Application Procedure:

• Complete the Mass Purchase for Single-Day Tickets form on the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site, including the intended use of the tickets.

• A quotation will be generated automatically by the system. Please affix your company invoice stamp (or applicant signature if applying as an individual).

• Upload the stamped quotation and remittance information via the Add-on Payment & Invoice Submission form.

• The application is considered complete only after the organizer confirms receipt of payment.

1. Delivery Method: Invitation codes will be provided. Applicants must redeem them for QR Codes in order to enter the venue.
