5. Official Press Release
The organizer will compile and publish an official press release under the G-EIGHT brand. Exhibitor exposure may include, but is not limited to: textual content, logos, exhibitor names, and game visuals.
All visuals submitted may be cropped or resized for layout purposes by the organizer or publishing media. To assist media writing and editorial layout, it is recommended to provide the following: Game description, Highlights or special activities during the exhibition (e.g., new levels, updates, characters, or discounts).
To ensure smooth coordination of content and layout, all exhibitors must submit their materials within the specified deadline. The organizer reserves the right to adjust content and layout based on overall tone and space allocation of the press release, but does not guarantee final publication.
All exhibitors must complete and submit the Press Kit form on the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site by November 25, 2025.
