8. Crowd Control in Exhibition Areas
Exhibitors should cooperate with the organizer to implement crowd control in exhibition areas to maintain the order and safety of the venue during the exhibition. The organizer shall strictly control the crowd according to the following standards:
When the number of visitors reaches 85% of venue capacity, crowd control will be conducted in accordance with capacity control, as stated on the capacity signboards. A signboard will be displayed stating that "The number of visitors is approaching capacity; admission may be prohibited at any time." Signboards will be displayed at the main entrances and exits.
When the number of visitors reaches the crowd control capacity, ticket sales will be suspended. The method of "one out, one in" will be applied . Signboards will be displayed stating that "The number of visitors has reached the crowd control capacity. For public safety, please follow the instructions for entry. We apologize for any inconvenience."
