6. Audio Equipment and Volume Control

  1. Speakers installed at the booth must be directed toward the interior of the booth, and must not face aisles or adjacent booths. If found in violation, the organizer has the right to request immediate correction. If repeated warnings are ignored, the organizer reserves the right to forcibly terminate the activity, and no exhibition fee will be refunded.

  2. Exhibitors must comply with the volume limit set by the organizer: sound levels may not exceed 57 decibels. If a violation results in a fine or compensation, all related costs shall be borne by the exhibitor.

  3. If a violation is reported and confirmed by on-site measurement, the organizer may demand immediate rectification. If a breach is confirmed by the competent authority, the exhibitor shall bear full legal responsibility.
