2. Garbage and Waste Disposal
During the booth setup period:
Exhibitors must clear construction waste and packaging materials on a daily basis. Materials must not be left in any venue facilities, exhibition areas, unloading zones, or parking areas.
If overdue waste affects subsequent operations, the exhibitor shall be responsible for removal and bear all related compensation costs.
During the exhibition period:
Exhibitors must clear any waste generated during the event each day. Garbage must not be piled in non-designated areas.
Exhibitors are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their own booths as well as surrounding public areas.
During the dismantling period:
After the exhibition concludes, exhibitors must complete booth removal and restore the venue to its original condition within the designated timeframe. This includes the interior and exterior of the exhibition hall, unloading zones, and parking areas.
If waste is not removed on time, the exhibitor shall bear all resulting costs and responsibilities. In cases where such negligence affects subsequent events or causes disputes, the exhibitor shall be fully liable for any legal and compensation responsibilities.
All exhibits, decorations, and other waste set up, used, or generated by the exhibitor or its contractors must be completely removed from the venue (including both the interior and perimeter) before the end of the usage period. No materials may be left behind without authorization. Exhibitors shall be fully liable for any damage or disputes resulting from such violations.
Exhibitors shall remove exhibit products, decorations, and waste from the exhibition hall (both inside and outside) before their bump-out time. Exhibitors shall be fully responsible for any legal disputes or damages arising therein.
