3. Restoration and Property Clearance

  1. After the event concludes, exhibitors and their personnel shall cooperate with the organizer in inspecting the venue to confirm that it has been restored to its original condition. If any damage is found, repairs must be completed within one week.

  2. All items must be completely removed from the venue before the end of the usage period. If overdue, the organizer may charge an overtime usage fee in accordance with venue regulations.

  3. Any unattended or unremoved items will be considered waste, and the organizer reserves the right to remove, store, or dispose of them at its discretion. The exhibitor shall bear all costs incurred as a result.

  4. The organizer also reserves the right to demand the immediate removal of any item deemed dangerous, disruptive, or a threat to public safety. Exhibitors must comply immediately upon request.
