  1. IV. Safety Maintenance

1. Fire Safety

  1. All venue usage plans must comply with building regulations, fire safety laws, and occupational safety standards, as well as the relevant rules stipulated by the competent authorities or the Taipei Expo Foundation.

  2. It is strictly prohibited to bring flammable, explosive, hazardous, or otherwise prohibited items into the venue. If any such items are found, the organizer reserves the right to remove them immediately. All related costs and compensation liabilities shall be borne by the exhibitor.

  3. Exhibitors must ensure proper management of their staff. Smoking (except in designated smoking areas), betel nut chewing, and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within the venue. Violators must immediately correct their behavior and shall bear any fines or compensation resulting from such violations.

  4. If the air quality inside the exhibition hall becomes poor, the organizer may open security doors or rolling shutters as needed for ventilation.
