  1. I. Public Order and Safety

1. Aisles, Passageways, and Entrances/Exits

  1. Booth locations will be assigned by the organizer based on event content, evacuation routes, and the overall layout of the exhibition. Exhibitors are not permitted to select or alter their assigned booth locations.

  2. Exhibitors must ensure that all aisles, passageways, and entrances/exits remain unobstructed at all times and must comply with relevant fire safety regulations.

  3. If an exhibit or activity causes visitors to stop, gather, or obstruct the flow of traffic, the exhibitor must take the initiative to guide the crowd away and must not affect the display or accessibility of neighboring exhibitors or visitor flow.

  4. It is strictly prohibited to build booths, place materials, post signage, or engage in any obstructive behavior near or on public facilities within or around the venue, including but not limited to: main entrances, aisles, public walls, emergency exits, fire-fighting equipment, power boxes, floor sockets, fire alarm sensors, and water access points. In the event of any violation, exhibitors must immediately correct the issue. Exhibitors shall bear full responsibility for any damage to third-party persons, property, or facilities caused by such violations.
