6. Emergency Response Plan

  1. To ensure the safety of all venue users—including but not limited to exhibitors, staff, and visitors—the organizer reserves the right to implement necessary inspections of individuals, vehicles, and items, as well as access control measures, in accordance with the anti-terrorism plan approved by the competent authorities.

  2. In the event of a major safety incident (such as a terrorist attack, epidemic outbreak, or equipment failure), the organizer may immediately activate the emergency response mechanism, including but not limited to: suspending the event, closing the venue, evacuating personnel, or postponing the event.

  3. Any person or party who suffers loss as a result of such events shall not seek compensation from the organizer, the Taipei Expo Foundation, or any of their affiliates.
