1. Intellectual Property Rights
The exhibitor shall obtain authorization in accordance with the law if exhibitors use intellectual property rights of third parties, including but not limited to words, photography, art, music, audiovisual, video recording, etc. The exhibitor shall be responsible for the legal liability if there is any infringement of others' rights.
To respect intellectual property rights, exhibitors must refrain from counterfeiting trademarks or infringing on music copyright patents. All music played in public at the Taipei Expo Park must be legally authorized before it is played in public. Any infringement of copyrights arising from unauthorized music playback in the exhibition halls shall be subject to the players' legal liability.
