II. Basic Facility Maintenance
Any damage to the floor, walls, columns, or ceilings of the exhibition halls is prohibited.
Exhibitors must not drag exhibits or decoration materials on the ground during transportation. The use of carts or other supportive tools is recommended. If dragging causes scratches or damage to the floor, the exhibitor shall bear the full cost of repair.
Power distribution outlets (boxes), water control valves, drainage holes, faucets, and similar facilities on the floor or wall columns must not be covered or blocked to ensure inspection and access.
Ceilings and all built-in equipment such as lighting fixtures, indicator lights, air conditioning units, and cable ducts must not be dismantled, modified, or used to hang decorations, exhibits, or lighting devices.
The sinks in the exhibition hall restrooms are for handwashing only. Disposing of food waste, grease, tea leaves, beverages, or other refuse is strictly prohibited. Violators must restore the facility to its original condition.
Exhibitors are strictly prohibited from dismantling or damaging electrical facilities or using incompatible electrical components. Non-compliant equipment will be forcibly removed, and both the exhibitor and their contractor shall jointly bear the removal costs and all related liabilities. Electricity supply to violating booths will be suspended.
The water supply at the unloading platform is for venue cleaning only. For other purposes, exhibitors must install their own sink, drainage system, and grease trap. Direct discharge into the venue’s drainage system is not permitted. If any blockage or contamination occurs, the exhibitor shall be fully responsible for restoring the facility and covering any resulting damages or compensation.
All public facilities within the exhibition hall and the Taipei Expo Park must be used with care. Any damage or loss must be repaired or compensated by the exhibitor.
