1. Aisles, Passageways, and Entrances/Exits
The organizer will arrange the location of exhibitions based on event content. The escape route and planned exhibition area will not be open for exhibitors to choose freely.
Exhibitors must keep corridors, passageways, and entrances unobstructed at all times and comply with the Enforcement Rules of the Fire Services Act.
Exhibitors are prohibited from occupying public aisles during the exhibition period. If activities cause visitors to linger, spectate, or stop, exhibitors shall take the initiative in guiding visitors to not affect other exhibits or the visiting line of other visitors.
All public facilities inside and outside the exhibition hall including gates, open spaces, aisles, public walls, in front of fire-fighting facilities, safety gates, power boxes, ground outlets (including water supply and drainage), and automatic fire alarm detectors are not spaces where booth set up is allowed. There will be no moving, piling up obstacles, blocking, or putting up posters in these areas. Exhibitors shall immediately improve the situation if there is any violation. The exhibitor shall be liable for damages if their exhibit causes any damage to the life, body, and property of a third party or environmental facilities.
