2. Special Vehicle Entry Regulations

  1. As a general rule, all vehicles are prohibited from entering the venue for unloading or construction purposes. If vehicle access is required due to special operational needs, please refer to Attachment 4: Explanation for Special Vehicle Entry Application, and complete the corresponding form on the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site by November 25, 2025. Applicants must also complete the Unloading Zone Temporary Parking Application and print out the required Temporary Parking Permit.

  2. Upon approval by the Taipei Expo Foundation, entry will be granted and accompanied by authorized venue personnel. If a vehicle exceeds the 15-ton weight limit, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the unloading zone.

  3. Before a vehicle enters or exits the venue, the applicant must proactively notify the on-site logistics staff of the organizer for a route and site condition inspection.

  4. The applicant shall be fully responsible for any damage to venue facilities or injury to personnel caused by the vehicle’s weight, cargo load, or improper operation.

  5. Heavy Vehicle Entry Requirements:

  • All heavy trucks must present a weighing certificate issued within 24 hours upon entry to verify that the total vehicle weight does not exceed the venue’s load limit.

  • Vehicles will be denied entry if they fail to provide a weighing certificate, have not completed the application, have not received approval, or if on-site inspectors determine potential overloading.

  • Weight limit: The total vehicle weight, including the vehicle body and cargo, must not exceed 15 tons.

  1. According to local government regulations, trucks over 10 tons must obtain a Vehicle Permit from the Taipei City Police Department in advance. For more details, please visit the Taipei City Police Department official website.
