1.Design Responsibilities and Requirements

To ensure visual consistency and construction safety throughout the exhibition, all exhibitors must comply with the following booth design and decoration regulations.

  1. For exhibitors who select the 6-unit Legendary Package or the 9-unit Mythic Package, the organizer provides raw space only, without any individual booth partitions, display equipment, or furnishings. Exhibitors are solely responsible for designing and completing booth construction and decoration.

  2. For exhibitors who select the Perfect Package, Rare Package, or Epic Package, and wish to cancel the standard shell scheme and switch to a self-built booth, please contact customer service representative Ms. Green Huang (green@geight.io). Please carefully read the related regulations and document requirements, and ensure all submissions are completed by the designated deadlines. Note: switching to self-built construction will not affect the original package fee. The organizer will retain only the originally provided basic electricity and socket quantity, and will restore the booth to bare space. Customization or partial adjustments of standard decoration will not be provided.

  3. Each booth unit measures 9 square meters (3m × 3m). The organizer will mark booth boundaries on the floor before move-in. All booth structures and decorations—such as signage, flags, potted plants, carpets, spotlights, exhibits, and decorative items—must remain within the marked boundary. In the event of a violation, the organizer reserves the right to require immediate correction on-site, with all related costs borne by the exhibitor.

  4. If exhibitors require assistance with booth design or construction, they may request a list of recommended partner vendors from the organizer.
