5. Exhibit and Advertising Rules

  1. The organizer reserves the right to review the placement, safety, and appearance of all exhibits to ensure compliance with exhibition standards. If deemed non-compliant, the exhibitor may be required to make immediate adjustments, redecorate, or modify the booth design. The organizer will not be responsible for any costs incurred, and may relocate or adjust any item as needed.

  2. All displays and promotional activities must be confined within the boundaries of the exhibitor’s booth. It is strictly prohibited to place, post, or hang any promotional material in public areas, on venue walls, or columns. Violators will be asked to correct the issue immediately. Repeated violations may result in termination of participation without refund.

  3. All lighting, audio equipment, and other devices required for the exhibitor’s activities must be prepared and managed by the exhibitor. If the exhibitor wishes to use any equipment provided by the organizer, prior approval must be obtained. All such equipment must be returned in full and in original condition after use. The exhibitor shall be responsible for the repair or replacement costs in the event of shortage, damage, or loss.

  4. Exhibitors shall bear full legal responsibility for all advertising content, and must comply with the following regulations:

  • Must not violate the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, Tobacco and Alcohol Administration Act, or other applicable laws.

  • Must not undermine public morals, mislead consumers, distort facts, or harm the reputation of the government, public institutions, or general societal standards.

  • Advertisements for regulated industries (e.g., publications, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, etc.) must be pre-approved by competent authorities, with the approval number clearly displayed.

  • Advertising content must not include pornography, sexually provocative materials, gore, violence, horror, disgust, malicious attacks, or other inappropriate or harmful content.

  • The following themes are strictly prohibited: sexual assault / non-consensual sexual acts, underage scenarios, bestiality, alcohol and drug abuse, self-harming behavior. These contents must not appear in any printed materials, videos, exhibits, or in-game content. Upon verification, the organizer will demand immediate removal and reserves the right to cancel the exhibitor’s participation.

  • Any video content must be relevant to the exhibition theme and must not violate social decency.

  • All back panel posters and promotional materials must conform to social norms and public morality. The organizer reserves the right to request modifications.
