4. Booth Design Review Mechanism

  1. Exhibitors must submit their Booth Layout Diagram via the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site by October 15, 2025. The organizer will respond with a review result by October 20, 2025.

  2. Timely submission is required to ensure a smooth review process. If the design is not submitted on time, is not approved, or must be removed per venue management’s request, the exhibitor shall bear all dismantling costs and resulting losses.

  3. The submitted drawings must include front, side, top, and bird’s-eye views, presented in 3D format, with scale grids and clear dimensional labels.

  4. Submitted designs will be considered final versions. If the actual booth construction does not match the approved drawings, the organizer reserves the right to require on-site adjustments, with all associated costs borne by the exhibitor. No extensions or resubmission grace periods will be granted.
