3.Material and Construction Restrictions

  1. The use of electric saws, spray paint, welding torches, and other similar tools is strictly prohibited inside the venue.

  2. All decorative materials, including plywood, carpets, and curtains, must be fire-retardant certified. On-site fireproofing treatment is not permitted. If any violations cause harm to third parties or damage venue facilities, both the exhibitor and the decoration contractor shall be jointly liable for all compensation.

  3. Only water-based paint may be used for painting. Prior to construction, exhibitors must lay down PVC sheets or plywood to protect the flooring. Disposal of leftover paint into toilets or drainage facilities is strictly prohibited. All painting tools must be cleaned in designated washing areas. Violators shall bear all cleaning and compensation costs.

  4. When laying carpets, exhibitors must use the designated fabric tape. The use of strong adhesives, plastic double-sided tape, foam tape, or similar materials directly on the floor is strictly prohibited. All tape and adhesive residue must be completely removed during dismantling.

  5. Public areas outside the exhibition hall may not be occupied for construction or material storage. Protective floor coverings must be used in construction areas, and steel nails may not be used under any circumstances.

  6. For woodwork decoration, all fabrication must be completed off-site before move-in. Only final assembly is permitted inside the venue.
