  1. II. Decoration and Construction Management

1. Construction Regulations

All decoration and construction activities must prioritize personnel safety, venue protection, and compliance with fire safety regulations, and must be carried out in accordance with the conditions specified in this chapter.

  1. All exhibitors must fully comply with the regulations set forth in the G-EIGHT Game Show 2025 Exhibitor Manual when conducting booth decoration, setup, and construction.

  2. Exhibitors must thoroughly review Attachment 1, Construction Safety and Health Regulations Affidavit and Attachment 2, Interior Decoration Affidavit, and complete the required signatures and official company seals. Scanned copies must be uploaded to the respective forms on the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site no later than October 31, 2025.

  3. If additional construction time is required beyond the standard move-in schedule, please refer to the Overtime Application process and complete the necessary procedures in accordance with the regulations.

  4. All booth structures must be firm and stable. In the event of a collapse that results in injury, property damage, or venue facility destruction, the exhibitor shall bear full legal responsibility and compensation liability.

  5. During the construction period, all personnel entering the exhibition area—including movers and construction teams—must wear safety helmets and take all necessary protective measures in accordance with the Labor Safety and Health Act. The exhibitor shall be fully responsible for any accidents that occur.

  6. If a self-provided video wall is installed inside the booth, anti-tipping measures must be implemented (e.g., side supports, fixed steel cables, nylon ropes, or reinforced baseplates). Failure to install, or improper installation of such measures resulting in damage, shall be the full responsibility of the exhibitor.

  7. Whether all activities carried out by the exhibitor during the exhibition comply with the regulations shall be determined and enforced at the sole discretion of the organizer, and exhibitors may not raise objections.
