1. Temporary Parking Regulations for the Unloading Zone

  1. Only vehicles weighing under 15 tons are permitted to enter the asphalt-paved unloading area of the Taipei Expo Dome. If unloading and temporary parking are required, please refer to Attachment 3, Explanation for Unloading Zone Temporary Parking Application, and complete the relevant form on the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site by November 25, 2025.

  2. Instructions for Using the Temporary Parking Permit:

  • Exhibitors may download and print the Temporary Parking Permit via the Unloading Zone Temporary Parking Application form on the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site.

  • The driver must fill out the parking pass and place it clearly on the vehicle windshield before arriving at the security checkpoint of the Taipei Expo Dome.

  • Organizer staff will verify the license plate and parking pass information at the checkpoint before granting entry.

  1. Vehicles without prior registration will be required to leave a deposit of NT$1,000 or the driver’s ID at the checkpoint. The deposit or ID will be returned once the vehicle exits the premises.

  2. All vehicles must turn off their engines immediately after parking.

  3. Important Reminders

  • The unloading area is strictly for temporary parking and unloading by trucks holding a valid Temporary Parking Permit. Overnight parking is prohibited.

  • Passenger cars and motorcycles are not allowed to enter the unloading zone.

  • Vehicles transporting construction or decoration materials must follow the entry schedule and sequence assigned by the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any vehicle that fails to follow the assigned schedule.
