1. Electricity Supply and Application

1.1. Electricity Supply Schedule

  1. Move-in / Move-out Period: Only 110V electricity at column positions and ceiling lighting will be provided, and only for booth decoration and dismantling. If additional electricity is required, please contact the organizer’s staff on-site.

  2. Exhibition Period: Electricity to all booths will be activated before exhibitor entry each day. Power to booths will be cut 1 hour after closing, and all hall lighting will be shut down 1 hour after that.

1.2 Complimentary Power Configuration

  1. Creators’ Zone

  • Creator Regular Package: 110V/5A with 1 power socket (located under the table)

  • Creator Economy Package: 110V/5A with 1 power socket (installed on tabletop)

  1. Enterprise Exhibitors

  • Mythic Package: 110V/10A with 1 power socket

  • Legendary Package: 110V/10A with 1 power socket

  • Epic Package: 110V/10A with 1 power socket

  • Rare Package: 110V/5A with 2 power sockets

  • Perfect Package: 110V/5A with 1 power socket

  • To ensure correct electrical layout, all enterprise exhibitors must carefully review Attachment 5, Explanation for Booth Water and Electricity Layout & Additional Power Supply and upload their Booth Water and Electricity Layout via the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site by November 10, 2025. If not submitted by the deadline, the organizer will proceed with standard configuration. Any on-site adjustments will incur additional fees, fully borne by the exhibitor.

1.3. Electricity Regulations and Responsibility

  1. Exhibitors must accurately assess their power requirements when applying. If any power outage, equipment damage, or disruption to nearby booths or the event is caused by overload, illegal wiring, or incorrect installation, the exhibitor shall bear full responsibility and may not seek compensation from the organizer or the Taipei Expo Foundation.

  2. All electrical materials and installations must comply with CNS national standards. The organizer reserves the right to request replacement of non-compliant materials.

  3. It is strictly prohibited to modify, dismantle, or use any of the venue’s existing electrical infrastructure without permission.

  4. If an exhibitor requires power exceeding the basic allocation or 220V supply, a formal application must be submitted in advance. Unauthorized use will result in immediate disconnection without notice.

  5. If any incident occurs due to false information, improper construction, or non-compliance with the submitted layout, the exhibitor shall bear full legal and compensation responsibility, including for damage to third parties or venue facilities.

  6. If any exhibit includes wireless transmitting/receiving antennas, the exhibitor must obtain approval from regulatory authorities and submit plans to the organizer. Installation must follow approved locations and routing. All associated costs, including removal and site restoration, shall be borne by the exhibitor.

  7. To support energy-saving policies, exhibitors are encouraged to use lighting products with energy efficiency certification.

1.4 Additional Electricity Application Procedure

  1. If additional power is required, please carefully review Attachment 5, Explanation for Booth Water and Electricity Layout & Additional Power Supply and complete the following steps via the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site by November 10, 2025:

  • Fill out the Additional Booth Power Supply Application form

  • Upload the Booth Water and Electricity Layout

  • Complete payment via the Add-on Payment & Invoice Submission form

  1. Applications not completed by the deadline will be regarded as forfeited. If layout is not submitted, the organizer will proceed with standard configuration. Any on-site adjustments or changes will be subject to extra charges, fully borne by the exhibitor.

  2. Unauthorized electrical connections will be immediately disconnected without prior notice.
