2. Design Specifications and Limitations
The total height of booth construction, including exhibits and partitions, must not exceed 3.5 meters. If a logo sign is installed, the height may be conditionally extended to 4 meters, subject to organizer approval. Over-height structures (exceeding the above limit) and double-deck booth constructions are not permitted. Ceiling suspension points will not be provided for any hanging installations.
For walls facing public aisles, the continuously enclosed section must not exceed 9 meters, and its length must not exceed 50% of the total length of that side.
If the booth includes an overhead structure spanning more than 6 meters, appropriate support structures must be installed. Otherwise, the exhibitor must submit structural calculations and drawings certified by a licensed structural engineer. If any sagging or other structural safety concerns arise, the organizer reserves the right to require immediate correction or closure of the affected area.
If a video wall is installed:
When the height is below 2.5 meters, the screen surface must be at least 1 meter behind the booth boundary, or angled at least 30 degrees away from it.
When the height exceeds 2.5 meters, the total height must not exceed 4 meters, and the screen surface must be at least 2 meters behind the booth boundary or angled at least 30 degrees away from it.
