2. Furniture and Equipment Selection

2.1. Creators’ Zone

  1. Creator Economy Package: Due to space and structural safety considerations, exhibitors may only request add-ons for monitors, office-use laptops, mobile phones, adapters, and anti-theft devices. Other furniture and equipment rentals are not permitted.

  2. Creator Regular Package: In addition to the basic furniture and fixtures provided by the organizer, if exhibitors require additional equipment, please refer to Attachment 6, Explanation for Additional Booth Equipment Application.

  3. If you require additional equipment, please complete the following steps via the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site by November 10, 2025. Failure to complete payment by the deadline will be considered as forfeiting your application rights.

  • Fill out and submit the Additional Booth Equipment Application form.

  • If you are applying for “TV pillar”, you must also upload a Booth Equipment Placement Diagram.

  • If you plan to install a self-provided TV on the booth back panel (only applicable for organizer-built booths), please select the option "Structural Reinforcement for Mounted TV" in the form and complete the payment.

  • Complete the Add-on Payment & Invoice Submission form and make the payment.

  • If you wish to request additional equipment on-site during the exhibition period, please complete the Attachment 7, On-site Additional Equipment Request Form and pay the fee at the information counter. Available items and pricing will follow on-site announcements. Requests may be denied if equipment is out of stock.

  1. No exhibitor may install a TV on the booth back panel without prior application and approval. If an unauthorized installation results in equipment damage, collapse, or other loss, the exhibitor shall be fully liable for all compensation.

2.2. Enterprise Exhibitors

  1. Organizer-Built Booths In addition to the basic fixtures provided by the organizer, if you require additional equipment, please refer to Attachment 6, Explanation for Additional Booth Equipment Application and complete the following procedures via the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site by November 10, 2025. Failure to complete payment by the deadline will be considered as forfeiting your application rights.

  1. Self-Built Booths The organizer provides raw space only. No booth partitions, display equipment, or furniture are included. All required equipment and furnishings must be prepared by the exhibitor. The organizer does not provide rental services and will not accept any on-site additional equipment applications during the exhibition period.
