1. Decoration Instructions
Exhibitors are required to comply with the 2024 G-EIGHT Exhibitor Manual when decorating and setting up their booths, including construction.
Exhibitors are requested to comply with the decoration and health commitment form on the G-EIGHT Exhibitors' Site; please read [Attachment 1, Construction Safety and Health Regulations Affidavit] and [Attachment 2, Interior Decoration Affidavit] and complete and print the forms. Upload the scanned documents to the G-EIGHT Exhibitors' Site before October 20, 2024 (Sun).
Exhibitors who decorate their booths are required to lay non-woven carpets in each space to mark their booths while maintaining the floor’s cleanliness.
Exhibitors shall be fully liable for damage if the booth decoration was not properly secured and collapses, resulting in damage to the life, body or property of a third party or damage to the environment and facilities.
The behavior of the exhibitors during the exhibition, whether it is in conformity with or in violation of the rules, shall be determined, explained, and enforced by the organizer, and shall not be subject to dispute.
