To ensure the safety and image of the event, the organizer reserves the right to take immediate action, refuse exhibition, or pursue legal responsibility in the following circumstances:
Booth construction, equipment setup, and activity planning must fully comply with public safety regulations to protect attendees’ lives and property.
On-site construction and early dismantling are strictly prohibited during exhibition hours. If such actions result in injury or property damage, the exhibitor shall bear full legal and compensation liability.
If product demonstrations produce smoke, exhaust, odors, irritants, or chemical pollutants, the exhibitor must install proper filtration and take immediate corrective action. If violations result in fines or damage, the exhibitor shall bear all related costs.
Interactive demonstrations must include adequate safety precautions to prevent injury to attendees.
If improper construction or violation causes damage to the venue, nearby booths, or interferes with other exhibitors' operations, the exhibitor shall be held fully responsible for all resulting losses and liabilities.
