8. Crowd Control
During the exhibition, all exhibitors are required to cooperate with the organizer in implementing crowd control measures to maintain order and ensure visitor safety.
When the number of visitors reaches 85% of the venue’s capacity, the organizer will place signage at the main entrances and exits stating: “The number of visitors is approaching the maximum capacity. Admission may be suspended at any time.”
When the number of visitors reaches the legal maximum capacity, the organizer will suspend ticket sales and implement a “one out, one in” policy. Signage will be displayed at all entrances and exits stating: “The exhibition hall is at full capacity. For your safety, please follow the on-site guidance. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
