5. Rated Game Area – Exhibition Guidelines (Restricted Access Zone)
5.1. Exhibition Format and Access Restrictions
The Rated Game Area is a restricted-access, enclosed exhibition zone open only to individuals aged 18 and above.
Visitors must present valid identification and pass an age verification check before entry.
Photography, video recording, and livestreaming are strictly prohibited, except by media and staff authorized by the organizer.
Any violations will be immediately stopped by the organizer, and the responsible party shall bear all related legal responsibilities and compensation liabilities.
5.2. Age Verification Responsibility
If any visitor engages in purchases or interactive activities within the Rated Game Area, exhibitors are responsible for conducting a secondary age verification to ensure compliance with relevant laws and social norms.
5.3. Control Over Distribution of Promotional Materials and Giveaways
All displayed content and promotional materials are strictly prohibited if they involve any subject matter that may cause discomfort to visitors. This includes, but is not limited to: sexual assault/non-consensual acts, underage characters or content, fetishes deemed socially inappropriate, bestiality, drug or alcohol abuse, and depictions of self-harm.
All display materials that cannot be removed from the venue—including booth visuals, back panels, posters, and playable demos—must adhere to standards of public decency and social norms. The organizer reserves the right to request modifications or removal of any materials that violate these standards at any time.
All printed materials or giveaways distributed or displayed by exhibitors—such as flyers, brochures, tote bags, demo gifts, or merchandise—must meet content suitable for general audiences. If any materials are found to be in violation, the exhibitor will be required to immediately cease distribution and recall all items. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the exhibitor’s distribution privileges or remove the items directly.
Standards for Official Promotional Use
All promotional materials provided to the organizer (e.g., key visuals, copywriting, social media content, etc.) must comply with general audience standards to meet platform policies and maintain the overall tone of the event.
If any material contains sensitive or sexually suggestive content, the organizer reserves the right to request revisions, reject publication, or substitute content, and holds the final right of approval.
