2. Exhibition Rules

  1. Booths may not be transferred or subleased without authorization. Violators will be disqualified from the exhibition.

  2. Exhibitors are prohibited from displaying or selling works/products that differ from those listed in their application. Violators may have their participation revoked by the organizer.

  3. During the exhibition period, exhibitors must maintain basic staffing at their booths at all times.

  4. Exhibitors are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. The organizer is not liable for any loss or damage.

  5. All forms of political propaganda are strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately disqualified and banned from participating in the event for the next two years.

  6. If a booth event involves visits by government officials or international guests, the exhibitor must submit the full itinerary and security plan to the organizer in advance.

  7. Animals and vehicles are not permitted inside the venue, unless approved by the organizer.

  8. During the event, exhibitors or any persons authorized by them may not engage in any disruptive behavior that endangers public safety.
