4. Exhibited Content and Promotional Materials

  1. All displayed content and promotional materials are strictly prohibited if they involve any subject matter that may cause discomfort to visitors. This includes, but is not limited to: sexual assault/non-consensual acts, underage characters or content, fetishes deemed socially inappropriate, bestiality, drug or alcohol abuse, and depictions of self-harm.

  2. All display materials that cannot be removed from the venue—including booth visuals, back panels, posters, and playable demos—must adhere to standards of public decency and social norms. The organizer reserves the right to request modifications or removal of any materials that violate these standards at any time.

  3. All printed materials or giveaways distributed or displayed by exhibitors—such as flyers, brochures, tote bags, demo gifts, or merchandise—must meet content suitable for general audiences. If any materials are found to be in violation, the exhibitor will be required to immediately cease distribution and recall all items. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the exhibitor’s distribution privileges or remove the items directly.
