4. Sales and Tax Compliance

  1. In accordance with Taipei City Tax Authority regulations, exhibitors selling products on-site must issue invoices or receipts in accordance with the law. If exempt from issuing invoices, exhibitors must proactively submit supporting documents to the organizer.

  2. To support regulatory audits, the organizer will compile a list of participating exhibitors and provide it to tax authorities for on-site inspection. Exhibitors must fully cooperate. Failure to issue receipts or provide exemption documentation may result in penalties or administrative action.
