3. Special Workwear and Large Props

Exhibitors who plan to display special workwear or large-scale props must comply with the following regulations:

  1. By October 15, 2025, exhibitors must complete the Special Workwear and Large Props Application form via the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site, and upload three-view design drawings of the costumes and props. Props must include clearly labeled dimensions.

  2. By October 31, 2025, exhibitors must complete the Special Workwear and Large Props Final Photos form via the G-EIGHT Exhibitor Site, and upload final photos of the costumes and props.

  3. If, during the event, the organizer discovers that any costumes or props have not been submitted for review or have failed to pass approval, the exhibitor will be required to immediately cease all related displays. Staff must wear a covering cloak provided by the organizer for the remainder of the event.
